Making Chinese Dumplings
In china, people like to eat dumplings when they go far away from home or be on festivals. When I was a child, my mum taught me how to make it. There are three steps which you should know. First, you should prepare for these things: flour, water, rolling, mince meat and basin. After that, you put the flour in the basin, and add appropriate water. Using your hand mixes it and turns over and over. A few minute later, it become a dough ball, and you separate the dough ball into parts which is a dumpling size, then you change the smaller dough balls into flour skins with the rolling. Finally, you pick up one of the flour skins, and put some mince meat onto it, then you fold it and press the flour skin side with your finger. If you have done that, you could cook the Chinese dumplings.
